Irth Land: Release Notes (version 24.04)

Below are few highlights of the Irth Land Product release 24.04 releasing to PROD on 05/07/2024. Please review the release notes for more details.

• geoAMPS rebranding to Irth Land
  • geoAMPS WEB and GIS applications have been rebranded to Irth Land
  • Product documentation has been updated to reflect branding changes.
• Reports Scheduler Enhancements
  • Product now provides ability to configure reports with dynamic dates.
  • Users have ability to view the previous 30 executions of the scheduled reports.
• DocuSign support in the product
  • We have ability to route DocGens for DocuSign and capture the completed documents in the application. There is a test workflow included in this release for you to experience this feature.
• Two Factor Authentication via Email
  • Users have ability to configure 2 factor authentication through email authentication code.
• Irth Training Integration
  • Ability for users to access training courses on Irth training through the Irth Land product.
  • Included Irth Land videos as part of this release.
• Workflow Engine Enhancements
  • Ability to route workflows to external user for approvals
  • Ability to set SLA on workflow approval steps
  • Ability to spin off dependent workflows on completion of a workflow step
  • Ability to select a user in the form or a previous workflow step as an approver of a subsequent step in the workflow.
  • New ‘Associated Forms’ panel to display workflows associated to the specific record
  • New step that can be configured to update milestone date(s) upon step completion.
• Application-Level Workflows
  • Ability to spin off workflows that are not tied to any specific project, parcel, or agreement.
