Units of Work is currently something that is up to the customer to define, and lives only in the administrator's mind versus denoted somewhere in the system.
I'm proposing an advanced option to be able to label/define what Units of Work means for the organization within Utilisphere to future-proof reporting and assist with administrative turn over.
