Here are few of the improvements, and bug fixes included in 25.10 release scheduled for production release on 01/07/2026.

WHAT'S IMPROVED:


Bulk Updates for Tracts & Agreements (Framework)

Two new project-level forms—Bulk Update Tract Information and Bulk Update Agreement Information—allow users to efficiently update multiple records at once using WEB or GIS. Both forms approve automatically and support targeted updates via Associated Records.

ALT Enhancements

  • Agreement Number added to Payment Template Error Visibility Report for easier identification and troubleshooting.

  • Agreement Documents improvements: “Date Added” renamed to “Date Updated,” and document history display issues resolved.

  • SSO & (C014) Lease Mailing List Report: SSO login issues fixed; enhanced filtering, new Contact Type parameter, improved Excel export, multi-project support.

  • Payment Integration upgrades: More flexible on-demand or scheduled processing, improved data exchange support, check/invoice capture, and final-approval locking.

  • Duplicate Development Terms validation: Bulk loader now blocks duplicates and provides clear error logs.

  • Popup accessibility improvement: Pop-ups now stay centered, with drag disabled to avoid off-screen display.

  • New payment tag – ROYALTYPAYMENTSBYLEASEINCALENDARYEAR for annual royalty summaries; LAST4ROYALTYPAYMENTSBYLEASE description updated.

ROW Enhancements

  • Support for .coop email addresses in email fields.

  • Project creation and update performance restored.

Framework Enhancements

  • Forms Engine upgrades: Searchable dropdowns with richer contextual details for Tracts and Agreements.

  • Dependent Dropdown (Dependent DD) custom field behavior corrected.

  • Payment Template errors resolved for Agreement Information.

  • Document Category values now display consistently on mobile devices.


WHAT'S FIXED:


ALT Fixes

  • Custom payment tags now correctly appear in Tag Lookup.

  • Project Status Report (ATL008) now loads reliably from the dashboard.

  • Bulk Data Load & Migration: Duplicate creation, incorrect validations, missing payees, timeouts, and import failures resolved.

  • Payments generation issues with variable tags corrected (including Year 2 missing payments).

  • {ppa_mwg} / {ppa_mwh} tag errors during royalty processing fixed.

  • Agreement Data Mapping display and import issues resolved.

  • SAP Manager navigation optimized to meet SLA (<3s).

  • Agreement Search now returns accurate results.

  • Royalty calculations now compute correctly for Type = Royalty.

  • Power BI Dashboard: report creation and viewing errors resolved.

  • Title of Rep & Contact Type values now save consistently for lease payees.

  • Variable display names containing periods no longer block payment calculations.

  • Templates with zero generated payments now still show on the agreement.

  • Agreement Bulk Document Generation job now completes successfully.

  • Pay Variable Values: Flat Rate + blank Value2 now calculates correctly.

  • Template Assignment now appears on agreements as expected.

  • Agreement Review checkbox no longer triggers timeout errors.

ROW Fix

  • Project creation/update no longer gets stuck on loading.

Framework Fixes

  • Document Category shows correctly on mobile.

  • Dependent DD custom fields work properly across shared keys.

  • Agreement Information payment template error fully resolved.
