we would like to be able to run a report to show how many tickets were closed via the internet vs the app. it is a company policy now to close via the app if there are any markings required and it's a lot to go thru each ticket individually to check. it would be nice to show run a report showing how many tickets closed that day and how they were closed. maybe even with hyperlinks to each ticket we can click on to run an audit
