WHAT'S IMPROVED:
Public Landing – History Link Access & Bulk Attachment Download
Public ticket links accessed by internal DigTix users from the History tab are no longer restricted by expiration settings. This ensures uninterrupted access for reference, auditing, and support activities. Additionally, users can now download all available attachments in a single action directly from the Public Landing page, improving convenience and document retrieval.
Locate Request Attachments – Grouping by Facility Owner
The Attachments tab for Locate Requests now offers an optional “Group by Facility Owner” view:
Organizes attachments into folders based on associated Facility Owners (when the Enhanced Attachment Workflow is enabled).
Includes an Uncategorized folder to ensure all attachments remain visible.
Uses consistent folder behavior and styling aligned with Incident attachments for a familiar experience.
Billables Enhancement – Multiple County Modifiers
The Billables module now supports multiple county values within a single County modifier field:
Enter multiple counties separated by commas.
Reduces the need for duplicate billable entries and simplifies configuration when billables apply across multiple counties.
