For Prod users, have them log out of their current user :
Log in using the credentials User: clear PW: Test1234 --then log out and back into their account.
For CL users, use the credentials User: clclear PW: Test1234
To Send DB
MailDB. usually invoked by a “senddb” key will attempt to email the current database to support@irthsolutions.com
You can send your DB to support by using the search box in the app
Android >in the search menu type in senddb --- there will be no confirmation or any message to let you know it works, but it will send the DB to support
IOS>Pre-requisite- you must have an active email on the Mail App on the device
