Purpose/Overview

In this article, you will learn how to sign in to the Irth Mobile app using your organization's Microsoft account. 


To access this feature, open the Irth Mobile app on your mobile device and select Continue with Microsoft.

Things to Know:

  • You must have a valid Microsoft account provided by your organization.
  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA) may be required based on your company's security policies.
  • An internet connection is required during the sign-in process.
  • If this is your first time signing in, your administrator may need to verify that your account has access to Irth Mobile.
  • You may be prompted to complete additional verification steps required by your organization.

How It Works:

  1. Launch the Irth Mobile app.
  2. On the login screen, select Continue with Microsoft.
  3. Enter your company Microsoft email address.
  4. Select Next.
  5. Enter your Microsoft password.
  6. Complete any MFA verification if prompted.
  7. After successful authentication, you will be redirected back to the mobile application and automatically signed in.

Troubleshooting Sign-In Issues

Microsoft Sign-In Button Does Not Appear

Possible Cause: Your organization has not enabled Microsoft SAML authentication.

Resolution: Contact your company administrator or Irth support to verify that SAML authentication has been configured for your organization.


Unable to Authenticate

Possible Causes:

  • Incorrect Microsoft credentials.
  • Multi-factor authentication failed.
  • Your account does not have access to the application.
  • Your user account has not been configured correctly.
Resolution:
  1. Verify your Microsoft credentials by signing in to another Microsoft service.
  2. Complete any required MFA prompts.
  3. Contact your administrator to verify your account setup and access permissions.

Login Loop or Repeated Redirects

Possible Causes:

  • Expired authentication session.
  • Network connectivity issues.

Resolution:

  1. Close the mobile application completely.
  2. Reopen the application.
  3. Try signing in again using Continue with Microsoft.

Access Denied
