When requesting an Export and creating an Export Format, there are currently only eight filter options, Registration Code, Ticket Folder, Status, Response Locator, Response Contractor, Facility Type, Customer Name, and Operator Name.
To maximize the export functionality and extract the exact data needed, without having to reduce the timeline or manually filter out unneeded data, I am seeking support to add the following Filter Fields to Exports:
> One Call Center
> State
> Ticket Type
> Ticket Type Category
> Keyword
> Work Type
> Status
> Done for
> Due Time
> Smart Score
