VERSION: 26.1.0
SPECIAL NOTE:
Mobile App Sync Behavior: Changes made in the web application, such as creating or updating tickets or work items, adding attachments, or modifying photos, may not appear immediately in the mobile app. While the mobile app includes an auto-sync feature, updates are not always reflected in near real time when the app is idle or when a user remains on the same screen. To view the latest updates, users may need to manually trigger a sync or navigate within the app (for example, returning to a summary page and reopening the item). This behavior applies to both Android and iOS mobile apps.
WHAT'S IMPROVED:
Better Battery Performance: We’ve improved how photos are handled in the app. After photos sync to the server, they’re now removed from the device instead of staying in the background. This helps reduce app size and improves battery usage.
WHAT'S FIXED:
Improved Syncing and Outbox Reliability: Some users experienced issues where attachments looked like they were stuck in the Outbox or appeared to be missing. Photos now reliably sync to the server and are properly cleared from the Outbox.
Batch Actions No Longer Freeze: Freezing that occurred when completing batch actions has been resolved, making bulk updates smoother and more reliable.
Map Layer Visibility Restored: Updates to Esri map layers are now included in this release, ensuring they are properly applied and available for use within the app.
Mobile app updates are rolled out over a staggered schedule, so not all users receive the update at the same time. During the rollout, your app may update earlier or later than others on your team.
We expect this release to start rolling out on April 30, 2026, pending final approval and review by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
