Photo Attachments Failing to Save: Fixed an issue where photo attachments added to a ticket response or note in Full Web, Mobile Web, or the map view could fail to save and cause the entire response or note to be rolled back. This affected some photos that contained incomplete GPS location data.
Custom Ticket Export Duplicate Rows and Date Range: Fixed an issue in Custom Ticket Exports where a single ticket could appear on multiple duplicate rows, and where exported tickets could appear to fall outside the requested date range.
Automatic User Disabling Affecting New Users: Fixed an issue where, with automatic user disabling enabled, new users who had not yet logged in were treated as inactive right away. They received a disable warning almost immediately and were disabled well before the configured inactivity period.
Auto Process Rules on Inactive Facility Locations: Fixed an issue where an auto process rule tied to an inactive facility location no longer processes tickets.
Sketch Timestamp Mismatch: Fixed an issue where the timestamp shown for a sketch in the ticket history did not match the timestamp shown in the Sketch view.
