As a Damage Investigator and Locate Technician Auditor, it would be fantastic to have the ability to download all the files and notes submitted by the Locate Technician in a PDF. I have attached a file from our past system
A single PDF package was a great option with the other system. We had the ability to download individual files as well.
Using a PDF that had everything attached, in one file, was a great tool for auditing tickets.
Single option file downloads was a great option for Damage Investigations.

Thank you for the feedback. Digtix currently supports exporting the Locate Request, Locate History, and Excavator Response from within a Locate Request. We do not currently support exporting attachments as a PDF.
As we evaluate this request, would you find more value in:
The ability to export attachments as a PDF, or
A single PDF package that combines the Locate Request, Locate History, Excavator Response, and attachments?
Your input will help us better understand the desired workflow.
