The Quality Assurance module allows for the evaluation of data sent to Coursettra by a 3rd party system. Information below does not cover the technical API specs, but rather are the setup instructions for a Coursettra System Admin needed to access and QA the items queued through the API integration.
There are 3 parts to fully setting up your QA Experience:
- Create a QA Role:
- From the main menu Setup tab select: Roles > + Create
- Name your new role (Ex: QA Representative)
- As Role Type, select: "Quality Assurance"
- Select grant all permissions: "Yes"
- Assign People to QA Role:
- Search for your person, view profile
- Edit Login & Role Information section
- Assign your QA Role by toggling correct role to "Yes"
- Edit the General Information section
- Enable the "Enable Portal" option
- Create your QA Evaluation (follow same instructions as if creating a new exam:
- Setup your QA item
- From the main menu Setup tab select: QA > + Create
- Name your QA item (Ex: "QA Priority Level 1", or "QA all priority levels"
- Set Start Date
- Add Label (opportunity to indicate what the ID coming from another system represents. Ex: "Exactix Ticket")
- Set Priority Level to be queued with this activity. (Type comma delimited values: 1, 2, 3 7, 9) Leave blank to include ALL priorities
- Under Option, select Evaluation form to use
- Under Assessors, select individuals with QA role to grant ticket queue access
Configuring different Quality Assurance Activities for different priority levels allows you the ability to limit specific individuals to only having permission to QA certain queued items. Priority levels are assigned by 3rd party, therefore values entered on the Activity edit page must be an exact match.
