Download App

The iOS and Android versions of the Irth Mobile App are available in the app stores. 

While there are settings on your device which allow automatic updates, each App Store stages automated updates to avoid slowing downloads. To avoid such delays, manually download the app.

Log In

1. Type Username and Password (click eye icon to see password. If password is visible, click eye icon to hide it)  
2. Choose Environment. Your URL determines your environment (Prod, Prod-CL, etc.)

3. If using single sign on (SSO), follow these steps (if not, go to step 4):
   1. Select environment before selecting SSO. SSO is only available with Production or Production CL
   2. Select SSO
   3. Enter company code. If you don't know your company code, contact your company administrator
      1. If you get an error, make sure your company code is correct and that your company has whitelisted the Irth mobile Internet address: 64.128.112.130
4. Click Login. Results differ depending on whether your company uses single sign on (SSO) or not:
   1. If not using single sign on (SSO), you are logged in to Utilisphere
   2. If using single sign on (SSO), your company’s single sign on (SSO) page appears (your company may also require two-factor authentication). After signing on, you are logged in to Utilisphere
