Use Billing Details to change bill information, view any other bills related to the ticket this bill is for, view ticket, and view bill history.
- On the Billing Details page, in the left column, click Modify this Bill
On the Modify Bill window, in the New Bill Information section, make your changes:
Field Description Billable Checked: The bill is charged to the customer
Unchecked: The bill is not charged to the customer
Change response to Choose a new response from the list of responses. Result: Response is changed and bill rates are replaced by the bill rates of the new response. The original response and units of work are retained in new fields in step 3 Unit of Work The unit of work for which you are sending a bill. Units of work usually measure time (hours) or distance (feet) Click Save. Result: The Billing Details page reloads. The Bill Information section now has the note "This bill has been modified" and two new fields:
New Field Description Locate Response Contains the original Bill Response entered by the locator on the Ticket Details > Ticket Response window Locate Unit of Work Contains the original Bill Unit of Work entered by the locator on the Ticket Details > Ticket Response window
- On the Billing Details page, in the left column, click View Bills of this Ticket. Result: The Billing Summary page appears with any additional bills for the ticket this bill is for
- On the Billing Details page, in the left column, click View Bills of All Related Tickets. Result: The Billing Summary page appears listing all bills for related tickets
- On the Billing Details page, in the left column, click View Ticket Details. Result: The Ticket Details page appears for the ticket this bill is for
