AWESOME job! But what to do if any of the resulting visuals are blank or you are missing data? Read on to find out not only what else is available with the default dashboard, but also quick troubleshooting insights and how to get started with creating your own dashboards and reporting!

Default Dashboards

  • Editing the default dashboards: any necessary edits can be made by selecting the ‘OPEN ADVANCED EDIT’ button in the secondary menu bar.

  • There are numerous pages associated with our default dashboard (and no limit to the number of times you can create a copy of the default dashboard!). Below is the list of pages which show by default but are only about 65% of the pages we have created for your use as part of the default dashboard. The full list can be viewed by editing the dashboard.
    1. Screening Dashboard – compare and evaluate the overall impact of your existing AutoProcessing rules against all inbound ticket volumes and manual processes.
    2. Screening Operator – assess each of your Operator’s overall efficiency and impact on inbound ticket volumes.
    3. On Time – view all metrics and glean insights around your OCC ticket responses. **PLEASE NOTE: if you are not leveraging Ticket Due Time Overrides, this data reflects according to the OCC-provided due time on tickets which can impact overall reporting accuracies.
    4. Locator Workload – view and manage ticket action statistics by internal locator.
    5. Folder Workload – gain insights to ticket action statistics by individual Folder
    6. Contract Locator Workload – identical to ‘Locator Workload’ metrics, but for external Contract Locators.
    7. Performance – enhanced overall performance evaluation over time with key metrics around ticket volume, category, and on-time percentages.
    8. Locator Performance – Provides performance metrics by individual locator.
    9. Folder Performance – enables you to evaluate performance metrics by individual Folder.
    10. Contract Locator Performance – gauge performance (as with the prior performance dashboards) but aimed at providing insights regarding external Contract Locators.
    11. Tickets – further analyze ticket action statistics.
    12. Tickets Due – take your ticket analysis to the next level with insights geared specifically towards evaluations by region, due date, and category.
    13. Past Due – easily compare what is impacting your on-time completion and determine what actions will most effectively influence improvement.
  • Empty visuals? Ensure that the dashboard page being reviewed is applicable to both your organization’s business as well as the way you leverage Irth’s solutions.
    1. Not needed? When editing, simply right click the unneeded page, and select ‘Hide’
  • Missing data or a visual you were expecting to see populated?
    1. Double check the date parameter (slicer) filters in the top right of each dashboard.
    2. Hover over the slicer until the eraser symbol appears. Select the eraser and all data should now appear. (this function is available anytime, not just when editing a dashboard)
