Your companies 'Contact Support' information can be displayed for all of your users in the My Account menu. Users clicking their profile icon will see your configured contact information, and can use accordingly.
To setup your company contact information:
- Select 'Setup > General' from the main navigation menu
- Edit the General Information section
- Select the 'Support Group' of your choosing
The information you have configured on your chosen group will show to the student. The following fields are all available for use:
- Website
- Customer Service Phone Number
- Customer Service Email Address
If no information is configured, a default message will be displayed to the student guiding them to contact their system administrator.
